We want to thank you and everyone who helped us at Bi-State Window & Door.
The replacement sashes worked out great. John & helper did a very nice job with the installation. The windows look like new.
We truly appreciated the professionalism and job quality of Bi-State.

Thank you so very much for your kind, patient assistance and wonderful expertise with my window project.
With Sincere Appreciation,
Yesterday, 10/31/17, we had two windows repaired by 2 of your service repairmen who were very efficient and did a great job. We are very pleased with the repair and their work as well as they were very pleasant and helpful to address our needs.
We have sold our home and this repair was requested by the buyers on their Inspection Notice and are requiring not only a PAID receipt, but an unconditional lien waiver. Would you please send a copy of both in order that we can send to their agent and title company?
Thanks so much for great service. We will recommend you for anyone we hear needs window repairs.

Dear Mr. Burns,
Thank you so much for your assistance with the window installation. The window is beautiful. It is so helpful to have a new crank on the side window in the living room. It was impossible to open before you came to my house.
Thank you so much!
Pat did some door repair work for me yesterday – he is a great worker. He is quick and very knowledgeable.
I wanted to make you aware of a terrific service call I had today by your tech, Mike Oscar.
The back story is that I had 3 sets of new Andersen windows put in our kitchen when we remodeled in 2004. Yes, thirteen years ago, plus.
I bought them through Shamrock Building Supply and they put them together in connected sections so the contractor had only to put the sections in the walls and trim them.
However, three of the six casement windows would not allow the handles to seat firmly on the stem of the operators. The stems were too "short". I had complained to Shamrock prior to their going out of business and talked to Andersen all to no avail. Then I got lazy and we just lived with it.
Over July 4th weekend my Andersen door had the lock actuator break and on the first business day after, I found out about Bi-State, I stopped in and you gave me one, no charge. I was impressed because that doesn't happen much these days. I also found you that you did service work.
At the first available opportunity I made arrangements for today's service call.
What a joy compared to so many others of various disciplines we have had.
Mike Oscar called ahead as requested and showed up early. He looked at the windows and knew immediately what the problem was and set about repairing them.
The adjectives are too numerous to mention all of them but accept the following: knowledgeable; quick, quiet, efficient, clean, respectful and courteous.
This just doesn't happen much anymore but it was obvious that Mike was "old school" as apparently is Bi-State.
Oh, by the way, did I mention at a very reasonable cost.
I applaud you and Bi-State and certainty Mike for making today's contractor challenge a non-event.
I don't know how many people I know will need windows or window service but I will not hesitate to recommend Bi-State. I would also be happy to be used as a reference if you so desire. Feel free to make this letter available if you wish.
